Who we are: This site is operated by The Value CMO, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as Trifecta. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use it.
What this site is: A description of a consulting and implementation service. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of a result. Engagements are governed entirely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If anything here conflicts with a signed engagement agreement, the signed agreement controls.
About the outcomes described on this site: The revenue figures, growth percentages, retention rates and forecast accuracy on this site are outcomes achieved by Gary Rust and Brian Talbot across their careers, at the companies named or described. They are accurate to the best of our knowledge and they are a record, not a forecast.
Your business is not those businesses. No one can promise you a number, and anyone who does is selling you something other than what we sell.
About the price we publish: The range published on this site is a range. It is not a quote. A price arrives in a written proposal after a conversation, and it is specific to the engagement described in that proposal.
Your use of this site: You may read it, print it, and share links to it. You may not copy the frameworks, diagnostic structure, written content or graphics for commercial use, republish them as your own, scrape the site, or use its contents to train a model, without our written permission. Ask and we will usually say yes.
Intellectual property: The Trifecta name, the wordmark, the written content, and the diagnostic frameworks and diagrams on this site belong to The Value CMO, LLC. Market-Message-Map is a framework of The Value CMO, Brian Talbot's separate practice, and is used here with permission.
What you send us: Anything you submit through the contact form is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential information through a web form. If you have something confidential to discuss, that is what the first call is for.
Links to other sites: This site links to LinkedIn and may link elsewhere. We are not responsible for what is on those sites or what they do with your information.
No professional advice: Nothing on this site is legal, accounting, tax or financial advice. It is a description of how we work.
Availability: We do not promise the site will always be up. It is hosted by Wix, like a large share of the internet, and sometimes the internet has a bad day.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Value CMO, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site, and our total liability relating to this site will not exceed one hundred dollars. This clause governs the website only. A signed engagement agreement carries its own terms and this does not limit them.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
Changes: We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did.
