PRIVACY POLICY

This site is operated by The Value CMO, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as Trifecta. This policy explains what we collect when you visit, why we collect it, who else touches it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not survived.

What We Collect

When you use the contact form:

Your first name and last name,
email address,
phone number if you give us one, and
whatever you write in the message field.

That is the whole list. We do not ask for more and we do not want more.

When you visit any page:

Standard web measurement: which pages you looked at, how long you stayed, the approximate location derived from your IP address, the browser and device you used, and the site or ad that sent you here. This comes through Wix's built-in analytics, Google Analytics, and advertising tags from Meta and LinkedIn.

What We Do Not Collect

No payment information is collected on this site. We do not collect health, financial account, biometric or government identification data, and we do not collect or infer anything about your race, religion, politics or sexual orientation. This site is not directed at anyone under eighteen and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Why We Collect It

To reply to you. If you fill in the form, we use your contact details to answer you and to schedule the call you asked for.
To follow up on a call request. If you ask for a call and we do not hear back, we follow up twice and then we stop. That cap is published on the contact page and we hold ourselves to it.
To send you what you asked for. If you opt in to our list, we send you our writing. Filling in the contact form does not opt you in. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and it works on the first click.
To understand the site. Analytics tell us which arguments land and which do not. We read it in aggregate. We are not building a profile of you.

Who Else Touches It

There are two of us. There is no data department. Your information passes through a small number of companies that run the tools we use:

Wix. Hosts this site, stores contact form submissions, and provides visitor analytics.
Our email provider, GoDaddy, delivers our reply to you and any list email you opted in to.
Google Analytics. Aggregate traffic measurement.
Meta and LinkedIn. Advertising tags that tell us whether a campaign sent someone here.

These companies receive information about your visit under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand your contact details to anyone for their own marketing. We have never done it and we are not going to start.

How Long We Keep It

Contact form submissions. For as long as the conversation is live, and for two years after the last contact so we do not ask you the same question twice. Then deleted.
Email list. Until you unsubscribe.
Analytics. On the retention schedules set inside Google Analytics and Wix, currently 14 months.

What You Can Ask Us To Do

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete all of it, or stop emailing you.

Email btalbot@trifectaadvantage.com and say what you want in the subject line. We will do it within thirty days. There is no form to fill in and nobody to escalate to. There are two of us and we both read our inboxes.

Cookies and Tracking

This site uses cookies. Wix sets the ones that make the site work. Google Analytics, Meta and LinkedIn set the ones that tell us where traffic came from. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a do-not-track signal. Blocking cookies will not break this site.

Changes To This Policy

If we change what we collect or who touches it, we change this page and update the date at the top. We will not change it quietly and hope nobody notices.
